There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.

We hope you love your River Raine pieces but if there’s any reason you do not, we’re happy to provide a return or exchange for unworn items submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied with the original packing, include your order #, and may not show any signs of wear.

Please allow up to 72 business hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued via email.

We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation.


We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

Return Cost:

$5.99 will be deducted from your return for shipping and shipping costs are non-refundable.
