Shipping, Processing & Returns

We offer free U.S. domestic shipping on all orders over $75. For international customers, please note that duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country, and these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We hope you love your River Raine pieces — but if for any reason you don’t, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges for unworn items submitted within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned merchandise must include the original packaging, your order number, and show no signs of wear. Once your return is received, please allow up to 72 business hours for us to process it and issue either store credit or a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your mail carrier confirms delivery. Additionally, River Raine is not liable for any damage that occurs during return shipping once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
